STEM Magazine Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

3. User Content

You grant STEM Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or promotes illegal activity. All submissions are subject to moderator review and approval before publication.

We may remove content at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All original site content, branding, logos, design elements, and software on STEM Magazine (excluding User Content) are owned by STEM Magazine or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without permission or use our branding in a misleading way.

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or attempt to disrupt the Platform.

The Platform is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of content, or an error-free platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEM Magazine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, user disputes, or actions taken based on published content.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority for submitted User Content. Any copyright or intellectual property claims related to User Content are the responsibility of the submitting user.
